Ingela Alice is a Swedish author whose life and writing have been shaped by both Sweden and Norway. Having spent much of her life between the two countries, she draws inspiration from the Nordic landscape, its people, its contrasts, and the quiet intensity that often exists beneath the surface.

She writes psychological crime fiction, personal development, and educational books for children, moving naturally between suspense, human psychology, healing, and learning.

At the heart of her writing is a fascination with people: what shapes us, what we carry with us. What we hide, and what ultimately gives us the strength to change.
Her psychological crime novels explore the darker layers of human nature through atmospheric Nordic settings, emotionally complex characters, and stories where nothing is quite as simple as it first appears.

In her personal development books, Ingela Alice writes from a place of both insight and lived experience. Her work focuses on resilience, self—discovery, emotional healing, and the possibility of rebuilding a life when old patterns no longer serve us.

Her children’s books reflect another side of her creativity, combining learning with curiosity, imagination, and the belief that education should feel inspiring rather than intimidating.

Writing has been part of her life for as long as she can remember. What began with notebooks filled with stories, poems, and observations gradually became a way of understanding both herself and the world around her.

Across every one idea remains constant: Even when life changes us, we still have the power to write what comes next. When she is not writing, Ingela Alice enjoys acrylic painting, traveling through the Nordic countries, and finding inspiration in nature, conversations, unexpected encounters, and the small details of everyday life.
